Watkins Heater Relay Board - 77119

Description:

This heater relay board has been upgraded for use with all IQ2020 control boxes from 2001 through early 2009. By creating a more effective way to connect the relay board to the heater's power cord, electrical stress is reduced and the components' last longer due to better voltage transfer. In this new design, the heater cord's black wire attaches to the H1 position of the larger gray terminal block. The white wire from the heater's power cord attaches to a separate, smaller gray terminal block. Ground wire attachment does not change.

A couple of symptoms to tell if the board has failed are as follows: 1) the IQ2020 control box shows a red "HTR ON" LED when no power is being sent to the heater and 2) there is charring on the front or back of the heater board.
