+DISCONTINUED PRODUCT, . The ATC Eco Blade is a hygienically enhanced hand dryer which provides a unique yet innovative way of quickly drying the hands. Four air outlets are strategically placed to blast water off the hands providing dry times that no user will be disappointed with. This energy efficient unit is GreenSpec listed and is Carbon Footprint Certified by the British Standards Institute. It produces 79% less carbon than paper towels and 55% less carbon dioxide than a conventional hand dryer. The ability to adjust the motor speed and turn off the heater element means that you can run this hand dryer at just 350W at low speed and 675W at full speed, a real cost saver!
The ability to reduce the motor speed means you can adjust the noise level should this be required. You can also manually turn off the heater element which will not affect the dry speed but will save a third of the energy used. The bonus of having the ability to turn on the heater element is comfort on the hands in colder environments or lower use washrooms where residual heat from the motor use cannot be maximised.
A unique absorbent ceramic pad prevents the problem of water overflow. It can absorb 70g of water and can take a full load approximately 250 times a day. The water evaporates on the pad, however is backed up by a drain tray should this be needed in busy periods. This ensures no water runs onto the floor so no slipping hazards and no splash back. A splash back plate is also included to protect the wall the hand dryer is fixed too.
To enhance its hygienic properties, this has a super filter assembly, which includes 3 levels of filtration; a HEPA Filter which eliminates over 99% of any present bacteria, a carbon filter and an antibacterial filter. There is also IonPure Antimicrobial Protection on the surface of the hand dryer and in all plastic parts. Due to its thick 3mm ABS antivandal cover and properties noted above, this hand dryer is ideal for service stations, offices, airports, factories, hotels, pubs, restaurants and leisure centres.
